Requirements:
Demonstrate competency in the post-specific core functions.
Fluency in at least two of the official languages, with one being English.Must be a South African citizen.
Clean criminal/departmental record with no pending cases.
Successful candidates will undergo security screening and fingerprint verification.Possession of a Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database at NQF level 4.
Registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and possession of at least a Grade C security certificate or higher.Not declared unfit to possess a firearm and willing to undergo and maintain firearm competency training.
Relevant degree/diploma in the security field is an added advantage.
Completion of relevant courses in the field and possession of a valid light motor vehicle driver’s license are advantageous.
