\nPayroll Administrator<\/p>\n
Area: Cape Town<\/p>\n
The above position is vacant out our Cape Town. You will also be required to work closely with current Branch Managers and Operations. This position will also report directly to the allocated Payroll Managers.<\/p>\n
The overall purpose of this position is Payroll Administrator.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:At least Matric certificate and SAP experience would be an added advantage
\nProficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
\nStrong administration and organizational skills
\nNumerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\nAbility to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
\nAbility to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
\nMust have own transport.
\nKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
Ensure route files are to be neat and tidy at all times
\nEnsure route files are up to date
\nAll bookings are to be up to date on a daily basis
\nAll posting sheet queries must be resolved within 48 hours and should this not occur, you are to escalate the matter to your direct manager.
\nNo posting sheets with queries reflecting on them are to be filed. These are to be attached to the front cover of the file up until resolved. These queries to be resolved within 24 hours
\nYou are to follow up and obtain company numbers for all 102\u2019s booked. An individual booking with an ID number is to have a company number and is to be booked back within 24 hours. Should this not occur you are to escalate the matter to your manager
\nAll 103\u2019s booked on the posting sheets are to have a red line drawn through the open line item | a reason from the employee completing the posting sheet to be stipulated and this to be signed off by the manager concerned.All pay queries are to be attended to and feedback supplied on the day a query has been received. A memo and payroll order number is to be supplied to whom submitted the query
\nAny and all corrections are to be submitted on a valid posting sheet and the posting sheet would be marked as a correction posting sheet
\n10. You are to perform daily courtesy calls to the managers and site who supply you with posting sheets<\/p>\n
Time books are to be submitted to management for all the employees booking under your sphere of duty
\nEnsure Route files are to be checked back
\nEnsuring accurate calculations of rate of pay changes
\nEnsuring all relevant deductions are submitted and processed, such as 3rd party
\nDeductions, garnishee orders, maintenance orders.<\/p>\n
Processing of all leave
\nChecking and capturing of posting sheets daily
\nEnsuring all pay related queries are dealt with promptly and feedback is given immediately<\/p>\n
