Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Sales Representative to start working ASAP. RCL Foods requires the services of reputable Sales Representative. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.<\/p>\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Must have Matric<\/p>\n
Must have Degree in Sales or Management or equivalent<\/p>\n
Must have 2 years\u2019 experience in a FMCG environment<\/p>\n
Must have valid EB drivers licence (Code 8)<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The applicant must have the following skills and competences<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Must have PSIRA knowledge<\/p>\n
Must have Fire emergency and relevant Health and Safety Training and exposure<\/p>\n
Must have English \u2013 Read, write and speak well as it is the organization\u2019s official language.<\/p>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
To set Sales budgets volumes monthly will be achieved<\/p>\n
Monthly action plans to be provided and implementation of a minimum of 4 Displays per month<\/p>\n
To conduct weekly reviews meetings with agents<\/p>\n
To compile monthly action plans to achieve targets by customer.<\/p>\n
A set route list will be followed weekly<\/p>\n
Establish good relationships with all store and regional managers.<\/p>\n
Agent Management<\/p>\n
Weekly sales meetings Friday 08:00 will be attended<\/p>\n
Distribute and share sales information, sales statistics, etc. weekly<\/p>\n
Promotions<\/p>\n
Implement promotional plan to achieve volumes<\/p>\n
Manage promotions<\/p>\n
Monthly actions<\/p>\n
To achieve or exceed the monthly sales budgets<\/p>\n
To demonstrate and promote the sales of Bread<\/p>\n
Friday promotions will be conducted and Saturday when applicable<\/p>\n
Agent Management<\/p>\n
To ensure weekly communication sessions.<\/p>\n
To co-travel with the agent sales staff (management) weekly<\/p>\n
To establish weak points with agents and to rectify them<\/p>\n
To ensure the agents are aware of all Marketing activity, and that this is executed<\/p>\n
Ensure that the agents effectively manage the shelves<\/p>\n
Objectives and Key Tasks<\/p>\n
To Develop a regular calling cycle with all traders in the area and continually canvass for new business<\/p>\n
Continually ensure correct merchandising and otherwise promote the display of all company products in all outlets, using all displays material.<\/p>\n
Negotiate continually for more and improved shelf space for the company products in all outlets<\/p>\n
To identify opportunities to increase sales via existing customers and obtaining new customers in conjunction with or without the agents and sales staff<\/p>\n
To maximize sales and grow our market share<\/p>\n
To provide assistance to agents and customers<\/p>\n
To establish and maintain excellent customer service levels<\/p>\n
Reports (Weekly)<\/p>\n
Sales activity<\/p>\n
Opposition activity<\/p>\n
Achievements<\/p>\n
Agents performance versus budget<\/p>\n
Your sales volumes versus budget<\/p>\n
Sales Staff performance and actions<\/p>\n
