Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements as per impacting legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The required work area will also include regional branch visits and the working of irregular hours&nbsp;(including nightshift &amp; Weekends&nbsp;from time to time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driver\u2019s License (EB) with a minimum of three years\u2019 driving experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 12 \/ NQF 4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PSIRA Grades E-B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessor registration with ETDP SETA &amp; SASSETA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate well in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear Criminal Record \u2013 non negotiable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience Required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience with a K53 driving Instructor Certification and \/ or a valid driving instructor certificate from a Provincial Traffic Training College or MasterDrive institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Problem Solving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Relations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent thinker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team orientated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer orientated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present, assess and facilitate training interventions according to industry and internal standards to as per QMS and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach and guide learners on learnerships to ensure competence standards are achieved as per programme objectives, learning outcomes, or unit standard outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with curriculum and training interventions within area of responsibility via effective facilitation and assessment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with legislative and Quality Assurance guidelines that includes but are not limited to: SASSETA \/ PSIRA \/ NKP\/ SAPS \/ DoL \/ PFTC\/ CAA \/ QCTO etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Duties&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
