Job Description:
Position: Hotel Assistant Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
Ensure all common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators, are clean and presentable
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms for new arrivals and departures
Handle and report any lost and found items
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service to guests
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and products
