About the Programme: We are offering a dynamic 6-month learnership programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge, improve your employability, and work alongside seasoned professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Successful candidates will be working as Junior Merchandisers performing the following duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Determine stock to be merchandised<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Draw stock requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Effectively record merchandising activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Execute calls as per call cycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advice RSM on out-of-stock products<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Between the age of 18 and 28 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grade 12 (passed Mathematics and English)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duration of program: 6 months (August 2024 – January 2025)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
