The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
Must be able to start work at 5am in Melville.
Physically fit as the above work requires a degree of strength
Concentration and ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
Someone who can manage their time and multi-task well
Must be open to receiving instruction and learning
Must love food and have some type of experience working in a commercial kitchen
